Pasadena law firm that specializes in Trusts, Estates, Real Estate, and Business Entities as well as Litigation in those practice areas seeks a Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience with litigation and trust administration matters. ABA approved paralegal certificate or college degree preferred. 

Applicants must be computer/internet proficient and possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel spreadsheets, NetDocuments, PracticeMaster/Tabs3 and WealthDocx is helpful. Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills are essential. The applicant must be a self-starter who can prioritize work, pay attention to details, is very organized and has the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

A competitive salary of $65,000 to $90,000 depending on experience;
