Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, couple, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing a variety of mental health issues.

• Assess client needs and collaboratively develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities to facilitate client progress.

• Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care across different service areas.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state regulations and clinic policies, ensuring that client progress is effectively tracked and reported.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapeutic services offered at Covenant Wellness address a broad spectrum of psychological and emotional needs, targeting individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. You will work with diverse populations and must be adept at building rapport quickly to develop trusting relationships that encourage open communication and effective healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of California.

• A minimum of two years post-licensure experience in providing therapeutic services, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practice.

• Strong diagnostic assessment skills and the ability to formulate comprehensive treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
