Location: Arbor View Nursing and Rehab 6400 The Cedars Court, Cedar Hill, MO 63016

Hours/Shifts: Full Time, Part Time Hours

Day in the Life of a Dietary Cook:

·         Prepares food for regular and therapeutic diets according to the planned menu for at least 75+ residents.

·         Prepares food using proper food handling and food safety.

·         Uses the correct portion control utensils during preparation and service food.

·         Planning menus alongside Chefs, Dietitians and Doctors

Requirements:

·         High School diploma or equivalent

·         Preferably candidate(s) will have at least 1 year experience nutrition services experience in nursing facility, but we are WILLING TO TRAIN for the right person(s)!!!

·         Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
