About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic finance executive with a proven track record in the semiconductor industry, particularly in senior finance leadership roles supporting engineering or multi-billion dollar business units. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive financial partnership and strategic guidance to the President, driving annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for delivering executive-level financial analysis, leading a global team of finance professionals, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize R&D investments, margin performance, and operational efficiency. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have at least 15 years' of progressive finance experience, with a deep knowledge of semiconductor financial models, industry dynamics, and business performance drivers. The role requires exceptional financial acumen, strong business judgment, and the ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will have an MBA or advanced degree in a related field, and professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus. The company values individuals with executive presence, boardroom communication skills, and a passion for championing finance transformation and continuous improvement efforts.
