Front Desk Representative

Description The Holiday Inn of East Windsor is seeking highly motivated candidates for the position of Front Desk Representative to join our award-winning team. Requirements Responsibilities include: Greet, check in, and assign rooms to guests in a friendly but efficient manner Answer all guests’ questions, confirm reservations, and redirect phone calls to appropriate department when necessary Monitor and update records of room availability and guests' accounts Review accounts and charges with guests during the checkout process Compute bills, collect payments, and make changes for guests accurately Record guest comments or complaints, referring guests to managers as necessary Attend monthly department meetings and training sessions as necessary Compensation and Benefits include: This position offers a starting rate that ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. Part time employees will have the opportunity to earn paid time-off and join the company's retirement plans (once qualified).
