Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Philadelphia area. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support recruitment and onboarding processes, and collaborate with leadership to design training and development initiatives. Daily activities include advising managers on HR best practices, managing HR documentation and systems, coordinating benefits administration, and contributing to organizational culture and engagement efforts. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, fair, and transparent HR practices that align with the company’s strategic goals.\n

• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.

• Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance, including familiarity with federal, state, and local HR requirements.

• Skills in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning to support organizational staffing needs.
\n
• Experience with HR systems and tools, including HRIS platforms, documentation management, and reporting.

• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and levels.

• Ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and recommend practical solutions to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.

• Previous experience in a consulting, professional services, or multi-client environment is beneficial.
