Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift
Our client is a large, well-established food manufacturing operation seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead production in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Location: Southeastern Wisconsin (relocation package available) Schedule: MondayFriday | 2:00 PM 11:30 PM or midnight (occasional Saturdays) Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite Compensation: Competitive base + shift differential + bonus potential Relocation Assistance: Available
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and oversee second-shift production operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Supervise, coach, and develop hourly production employees while promoting a strong safety culture
- Monitor production yields, efficiencies, and operational performance to meet production goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce downtime
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant manufacturing leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience leading, training, coaching, or mentoring employees
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities
- SAP experience and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs require
