Job Description Location: Hybrid role based near Grand Rapids/West Michigan. Gain hands-on experience through regular customer visits across the local area 2–3 times per week while enjoying a mix of remote, and field-based work. Key Responsibilities Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities Connect with customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings Understand customer needs and recommend solutions Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle Collaborate with teammates to deliver a great customer experience Build relationships and a sales pipeline that drive results and earnings Compensation & Benefits Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 Base Salary: $50,000.00 Target Commission: $50,000.00 Uncapped commission potential Monthly car allowance Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Paid time off and company holidays Qualifications What We're Looking For We're more interested in your potential, and willingness to learn.
