Account Executive

Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our development and design teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. What You’ll Do Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions. Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that address client requirements and showcase our capabilities. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Project Oversight: Work closely with project managers to ensure seamless project delivery, from inception to completion. Provide regular updates to clients and address any concerns promptly. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. What You’ll Bring Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the software development or technology industry. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and digital product design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Bonus Points for: Experience selling custom software, AI, or data analytics solutions Experience with proposal writing or RFP responses in the tech space Background in industries like healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, or finance Experience using HubSpot, or similar CRM platform Ready to take the lead in high-impact deals and accelerate your sales career?
