Customer Service Representative

Job Title
Responsibilities:
- Triaging inbound calls from customers while ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Assisting Health Plan Customers with inquiries regarding Enrollment Information, Premium Payment Options, requests for Health Plan materials, and Health Plan Exchange Product information.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of customer contact.
- Communicating effectively with customers.
- Maintaining confidentiality.
- Maintaining good working relationships with co-workers.
Requirements:
- High School diploma with some college-level coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service required.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong background in Call Center, Medical, Insurance preferred.
