Job Description HumanHire is partnered with an Established Insurance Defense Law Firm to find an Insurance Defense Attorney to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to handle a variety of litigation matters while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote work environment.

We Offer:
- Pay: $160K Base Salary
- Bonus: Paid Monthly, billable-hours-based bonus with increasing earning potential
- Fully Remote: Work remotely with flexibility

- Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from initial filing through resolution.
- Handle litigation involving automobile accidents, negligence claims, and other liability disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and oversee discovery.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, court appearances, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings.
- Work with clients and colleagues to develop case strategies and pursue favorable outcomes.
- 2+ years of Insurance Defense experience
- Experience with No-Fault, Automobile Defense, and/or Premises Liability matters
- Trial experience is a plus
- Strong litigation, legal writing, and case management skills
- Active New York Bar Admission required
