Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
$19.00 per hour
Revere Staffing Partners is hiring on behalf of our client for a bilingual Admin/Receptionist position in a busy office environment in Woodbridge, CT. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent hire.
Responsibilities:
•Answering phones and greeting visitors
•Scheduling appointments and making outbound calls
•Assisting with paperwork and general office administration
•Data entry and filing documents
•Supporting daily office operations as needed
Requirements:
•Bilingual in English and Spanish required
•Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
•Reliable transportation required
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
