Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, focusing on their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to create custom treatment plans that align with their specific needs, personal goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based treatments including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques to empower them in their recovery.

• Monitor and track client progress, adjusting treatment strategies according to their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care to clients.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements related to mood disorders to continually enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills.

• Advocate for mental health awareness and address stigma while ensuring that client needs are met.
