Digital Media & Marketing Manager
Our client, a growing mortgage company located in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Media & Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives, content creation, and brand awareness efforts. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital channels, helping drive engagement, lead generation, and overall business growth.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can balance creativity with data-driven decision-making and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email, web, paid advertising, and print channels.
- Create engaging content for multiple audiences and platforms.
- Manage social media presence, content calendars, and audience engagement initiatives.
- Support SEO efforts through website, blog, and landing page optimization.
- Enhance website content and user experience to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, engagement metrics, and ROI.
- Utilize AI-powered marketing tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on branding, marketing campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using AI marketing tools and emerging digital technologies is preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
