What You'll Lead

• Oversee day‑to‑day clinical operations and ensure high standards of patient care
• Lead and support clinical supervisors and field leadership
• Ensure compliance with NYS Department of Health regulations , policies, and clinical standards
• Maintain survey readiness and lead preparation for regulatory audits
• Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Review clinical documentation, patient care plans, and clinical workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical processes, efficiency, and patient outcomes
• Develop, mentor, and support the clinical team
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic and operational initiatives
• Serve as a senior clinical leader and resource for the organization

What We're Looking For

• Active New York RN license
• 5+ years of clinical leadership experience in home care
• Current or previous experience as a Director of Patient Services, Director of Nursing, Clinical Director, Director of Patient Care Services, RN Administrator , or similar clinical leadership role
• Strong knowledge of NYS DOH regulations, clinical compliance, quality assurance, and survey readiness
• Experience in LHCSA, CHHA, private duty nursing, or pediatric home care strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead clinical teams, improve processes, and drive strong patient care outcomes
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
