Work closely with fund sponsors and institutional investors on strategic transactions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex and high‑value matters. Qualifications JD required. Previous experience working in a law firm is required. 4–7 years of experience representing private equity funds, fund sponsors, or investment management clients. Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Outstanding academic credentials. Experience at a leading law firm is highly desirable.
