Revenue Management Associate

Brazos Residential is seeking a Revenue Management Associate to own pricing across our multifamily portfolio and drive rental income performance across our growing platform. This role reports to the Head of Asset Management and partners closely with our Asset Managers on pricing strategy for their respective properties, while working directly with our in-house property management team to execute day-to-day pricing recommendations and market analysis. Key Responsibilities •Set and adjust weekly rent pricing across the portfolio, working directly in Yardi Voyager and the revenue management system to review, approve, and override recommendations by unit type and floorplan. •Track property performance across the portfolio, monitoring leasing velocity, occupancy, exposure, and lease trade-outs, and flag properties trending off plan. •Conduct market surveys and competitor rent comps for assigned submarkets, incorporating new supply, seasonality, and demand shifts into pricing guidance. •Partner with Asset Managers on pricing strategy for their respective properties, aligning pricing recommendations with each property's business plan and NOI targets. •Work closely with in-house property management to provide pricing direction and context; lead or participate in weekly operation calls with Property Managers, Regional Managers, and Asset Managers. •Prepare pricing and rent growth reporting for review by Asset Management, including trends, overrides, and exceptions across the portfolio. •Support pricing strategy for new acquisitions and lease-ups, including comp set development and initial pricing structure for newly onboarded properties. •Assist with rental income assumptions for budgeting, forecasting, and valuation purposes. •Perform ad hoc pricing and market analysis to support the broader Asset Management team. Qualifications Required •2 - 5 years of experience in multifamily revenue management, pricing analysis, or a related asset/property management role. •Working knowledge of a revenue management platform (e.g., RENTmaximizer, RealPage AI Revenue Management, Entrata, or similar). •Strong analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. •Ability to read a rent roll and occupancy trend and translate it into a clear, defensible pricing recommendation. •Highly organized and self-driven with the ability to manage a recurring, deadline-driven pricing cycle across multiple properties. •Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial setting. Preferred •Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar property management platforms. •Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. •Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and desire to grow within real estate investment management.
