Senior Accountant

Report directly to the Senior Accounting Manager Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and reporting Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness Prepare and maintain reporting packages, variance analyses, and supporting documentation for executive leadership, private equity ownership, lenders, and other key stakeholders Calculate, review, reconcile, and analyze sales commissions and incentive compensation programs Ensure accurate payments, proper accruals, and compliance with approved compensation plans Assist in preparing the annual budget and periodic forecasts Assist with year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit Assess current practices and procedures and recommend improvements Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience CPA or MBA preferred Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of the organization Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results Experience with other financial systems; NetSuite experience preferred Advanced Excel knowledge Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP FX experience; foreign exchange Detailed and accurate data entry Strong organizational skills Ability to work calmly under pressure Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, with significant experience in MS Excel Must be 18 years of age or older Must meet U.S. employment eligibility requirements Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting, with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and advanced Excel skills. Proven ability to lead accounting functions, manage audits, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
