You will be a valued member of a close-knit, high-performing team — not a solo operator flying without a net. We are looking for an experienced, courtroom-ready attorney who knows Lake County, knows the 19th Judicial Circuit, and is ready to stop running a business and start practicing law at the highest level. We handle the marketing. We handle billing and collections. You handle the law. You have a backup to take a real vacation. After your first 90 days, Diamond Legal offers a hybrid work-from-home schedule for attorneys who are hitting their KPIs.
