Provide support to marketing functions of internal and external communications and brand awareness through social media, email marketing and other digital means. Perform E-Commerce order fulfillment as needed; ensuring that customers receive the correct items in a timely fashion, and they receive updated order status through fulfillment and delivery. Update E-Commerce inventory items. Responsibilities and Duties: Marketing: Under the direction of Marketing Manager and following marketing plan assist in creation and execution of email marketing campaigns for internal staff and customers. Create and distribute customer surveys. Prepare and distribute marketing materials for internal staff and external customers. Update website, Google listings and monitor reviews. Prepare weekly, monthly social, website and email marketing data reports. Manage promotional materials inventory as well as print inventory for sales and other departments within MSC. Print and ship approved marketing collateral for sales and other areas of organization. Assist in shipping event materials and maintaining log to ensure timely delivery and return of show items including tabletop accessories, pop up signage and giveaways. Support Employee engagement through emails, newsletter distribution and corporate events. Route marketing requests to Marketing Manager through IT portal. Electronic Commerce: Order Fulfillment Ensure customer orders are placed with various vendors and order status is updated as products are shipped, as needed. Catalog Management Add, remove, and maintain products in online catalog. Add, review, and modify product descriptions to ensure effective descriptions and unique content, including features and benefits. Ensure proper pictures are displayed and manufacturer hyperlinks are current. Support and distribute weekly e-commerce email marketing campaigns. Marketing: Create and distribute email marketing campaigns to internal staff and customers. Create and distribute customer surveys. Prepare and distribute marketing materials to internal staff and customers. Support ongoing website maintenance. Analyze website and email marketing data and prepare report. Social Media Create social media campaigns across various platforms. Engage with customers via Social Media platforms, responding to comments and answering customer questions. Analyze social media metrics and present findings. Additional Duties Miscellaneous assignments/projects as needed. Qualifications: Education: College degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements: 1-2 years’ experience a plus, but not necessary. E-Commerce experience a plus. Microsoft Excel Strong writing skills. Social Media knowledge (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) Personal Attributes: Self-Starter Eager to learn Analytically Inclined Strong detail orientation Strong multi-tasking skills Creative Pay starts no less than $20/hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
