About the Role

\n

Faber-Castell USA is seeking a Social & Content Marketing Specialist to help grow Creativity for Kids’ social presence through compelling content, meaningful consumer engagement and insight-driven strategy.

\n

This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity, beginning as a contract assignment with the potential to transition to a regular, full-time position based on performance and business needs.

\n

In this role, you will lead day-to-day social media strategy, planning and management across brands and channels. You will develop content plans, manage communities, identify emerging trends and use performance insights to strengthen our connection with consumers. You will also manage external creators and production partners and support influencer, public relations and broader consumer marketing initiatives.

\n

This position combines creative thinking with strong organization and analytical skills. You will own content strategy and management, working with external partners for video production, editing, photography, talent and other specialized production needs.

What You’ll Do

\n

Social Media Strategy & Management

\n

\n
• Develop and execute social media strategies, defining each channel’s audience, content pillars, posting cadence and engagement approach.
\n
• Own social and editorial calendars and day-to-day channel management.
\n
• Manage community engagement and proactively identify opportunities to connect with consumers.
\n
• Monitor cultural, social and platform trends and translate them into relevant brand opportunities.
\n
• Track performance and recommend improvements to content, reach and engagement.
\n

Content Strategy & Management

\n

\n
• Develop content plans that support product launches, seasonal moments and brand priorities.
\n
• Identify ongoing content needs and build a consistent, scalable content pipeline.
\n
• Create briefs for social media, video, photography and creator content.
\n
• Manage external content and production partners from initial brief through final delivery.
\n
• Coordinate products, samples, scripts, talent and approvals.
\n
• Review and adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
\n
• Partner with the Brand team to align content with product positioning and marketing priorities.
\n

Influencer, PR & Consumer Marketing

\n

\n
• Manage day-to-day influencer program activities and agency coordination.
\n
• Collaborate with PR partners on product launches, product seeding and earned-media opportunities.
\n
• Coordinate product samples for influencers, media outreach and content creation.
\n
• Support Bazaarvoice and consumer review-generation programs.
\n
• Integrate influencer and earned-media content into owned social channels.
\n

Broader Marketing Support

\n

\n
• Support major trade shows and marketing activations.
\n
• Monitor competitor activity and social media trends.
\n
• Coordinate WGSN insights and trend reporting.
\n
• Support consumer research execution and reporting.
\n
• Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.
\n

\n

What You’ll Bring

\n

\n
• 3–5 years of experience in social media, content or consumer marketing.
\n
• Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms, with a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging channels.
\n
• Experience managing creators, agencies or external production partners.
\n
• Strong creative judgment, writing and storytelling skills.
\n
• The ability to interpret social analytics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
\n
• Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, partners and deadlines.
\n
• Experience in toys, children’s products, lifestyle, entertainment or consumer products is a plus.
