As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice, and provide and coordinate resident care with other facility personnel. You will also supervise staff, including Certified Nursing Assistants, and ensure work is being performed according to facility standards.ResponsibilitiesSupervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulationsFollow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnelSupervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standardsPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsMust possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RNExperience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferredQualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well doneWhat We OfferCompetitive pay rate ($36-$38 HOURLY)Additional holiday pay and overtime hours may applyHealth insurance for the entire familyPerfect Punch Program; $225 bi-weekly bonus401k with a match12 hour shiftsEqual Opportunity EmployerAviata at Coral Bay is an equal opportunity employer.
