As a Brand Design Director at Abridge, you will set a new standard for design in healthcare, redefining what brand means in healthcare and shaping how Abridge looks, feels, and communicates at every touchpoint of the user experience.

We're reimagining the future of healthcare, and you'll play a pivotal role in defining what comes next. You'll own the brand design system that creates the first consumer grade experience across healthcare systems and drives meaningful impact. With a refined, premium aesthetic and sharp strategic instincts, you'll collaborate closely with product designers and push the team toward ever-higher standards. Your work will transform bold ideas into tangible brand moments to build a presence that is distinctive, consistent, and unforgettable.

This role is ideal for a creative, systems-minded designer with exceptional taste and a bias toward action, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is motivated by work that truly matters.

Must be willing to work from our SF or NYC office at least 3x per week. This position requires a commitment to a hybrid work model, with the expectation of coming into the office a minimum of (3) three times per week. Relocation assistance is available for candidates willing to move to San Francisco or New York.
