People Operations Coordinator: Onboarding & HRIS Focus

PROVAIL is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to manage the employee lifecycle, HRIS records, and compliance from onboarding through offboarding. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and requires meticulous attention to confidential data and process improvements. This full-time, weekday position requires 2-3 onsite days per week at PROVAIL HQ with additional in-person presence as needed.
