Serving as a trusted coach and advisor, you will provide individualized guidance on career strategy, resume development, interview preparation, networking, and long-term professional growth. This role combines hands-on student support with program management responsibilities. In this position, you will partner closely with academic program teams, faculty, and staff across graduate business programs to deliver an exceptional student experience. You will design and lead engaging career workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs that equip students with the skills and confidence to achieve their goals. Working collaboratively with employers, alumni, and internal stakeholders, you will help create valuable career opportunities and strengthen connections that enhance market awareness and student success. The ideal candidate brings a passion for mentoring and coaching, knowledge of career development pathways, and an ability to build meaningful relationships across varying audiences.
