HR & Benefits Specialist (Fully Remote)
Solen Software Group
- Manage HR and benefits integration for newly acquired companies.
- Assist employees with benefits, leave, and general HR questions.
Offers and Onboarding:
- Partner with the Talent Team to coordinate offer letters and employment agreements.
- Ensure new hires are set up with HRIS, benefits, and equipment.
Systems and Process Improvement:
- Support HRIS implementation, testing, and data cleanup.
- Develop processes and templates to streamline HR tasks.
Requirements and Qualities:
- 2-5 years of HR operations experience.
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
