Join our vibrant team at The Brass Rail, where we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, welcoming environment. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through your skillful drink mixing and friendly interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Mix and pour drinks accurately, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including general bar preparation.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience preferred in a full-service restaurant or sports bar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and bar environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Schedule
Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends.
