Accounting Specialist

Join Our Team as an Accounting Specialist!

Are you someone who loves working with numbers and paying close attention to details? We're looking for a friendly and motivated Accounting Specialist to join our team! This is a great opportunity to apply your skills in a supportive environment and help keep our finances organized. Whether you're just starting out or have some experience under your belt, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Assist with invoice processing and vendor communications
Help with reconciliations and month-end tasks
Keep our financial records accurate and up-to-date

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience in accounting or similar clerical work
Great organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
Basic knowledge of accounting software and MS Office

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with vendor management or reconciliation
Knowledge of month-end closing procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (some college in finance or accounting is a plus)
Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable is helpful

Additional Info:

Friendly customer service skills for interacting with vendors
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM
