What You Bring 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for agency background . Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end while balancing multiple priorities. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, coach, and hold teams accountable. A high level of professionalism, work ethic, and emotional intelligence. Experience in healthcare, wellness, lifestyle brands, or consumer-focused industries is a plus.
