About the Role We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Communications Manager who can bring clarity, structure, and strategy to our growing marketing function. This role blends SEO expertise, communications leadership, and strategic guidance -- helping translate leadership vision into actionable marketing roadmaps. You’ll manage how Fonroche shows up to the world, from search visibility to press releases, and introduce modern tools (including AI-driven platforms) to make marketing smarter and faster. If you’re a strong communicator, data-driven marketer, and excited to wear many hats — this role is for you. What You’ll Do Lead SEO strategy & execution to boost visibility and inbound leads. Own communications & PR (press releases, case studies, brochures, web). Implement and optimize AI/digital tools for smarter marketing. Keep a marketing dashboard tracking KPIs and results. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, simplifying the complex. What We’re Looking For 5+ years in marketing with proven SEO + communications results. Strong writer/editor who can adapt tone for execs, customers, and technical teams. Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs (Salesforce a plus).
