Travel Neuro Registered Nurse – Neuro ICU (St. Louis, MO) Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Certified Neuro RN for a 13‑week assignment in St. Louis, MO. The role involves daily oversight and management of the Neuro‑Patient Population, working closely with nursing leadership, neuro/neurosurgery physicians and extenders to achieve high‑quality patient outcomes. Assignment Details Specialty: Neuro ICU Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week (12‑hour night shifts – 3x12) Employment Type: Travel Contract Assignment: 13 weeks (Temporary) Responsibilities Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support. Evaluate learning needs of patients and families, providing education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstance. Effectively delegate patient care to ancillary personnel; precept student nurses and new hires as needed. Requirements Motivated candidates seeking career growth. AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers. BSN from an accredited nursing program and proper licensure. Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families. At least 2 years of experience as a Neuro RN (Certified Neuro RN).
