Quick Facts Location: 413 Lilly Road Northeast, Olympia, WA 98506 Start Date: 10/01/2026 End Date: Please inquire Schedule: Inpatient, 24-hour beeper call Shift Times: 7:00 am – 7:00 am (call only) Hours/Week: Variable based on shifts Employment Type: Locum Tenens License/Certifications: Active or IMLC license, DEA required, BC in Urology Experience: Urology surgical skills required Note: 1-2 providers needed for 1 week/month; schedule typically includes 3-4 consecutive 24-hour call shifts. Call-back averages 4-5 hours daily, flexible based on case volume.
