Resource Manager

Managing resource allocation and staffing for multiple projects, the full-time Remote Resources Manager will forecast team capacity, coordinate project staffing, and oversee talent acquisition while ensuring operational efficiency and a positive experience for employees and freelancers. Key responsibilities Maintain accurate resource forecasting and manage daily resourcing schedules across teams Allocate resources based on project requirements and coordinate intake and prioritization of requests Lead full-cycle recruiting for employees and freelancers while building and managing a high-quality freelance network Required qualifications 2-5+ years of experience in resource management or project coordination within a creative environment Experience with resource forecasting and utilization reporting Proficiency in project management tools and strong skills in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
