About Us Founded by celebrity fitness trainer, Megan Roup, we are a fast‑growing female fitness brand with a mission to help women build strength and confidence in their bodies through joyful, everyday movement. Our app, in‑person classes, social platforms, and highly engaged online community offer experiences and content that inspire women to show up for themselves. What You’ll Do As a Creative Associate, you will be a designer and creative problem‑solver who helps execute our brand vision. You’ll produce high‑quality visuals that connect with our community, work across multiple channels, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. Design & Brand Execution Design compelling and dynamic visual assets for social, email, paid advertising, website, and app. Create graphics for product launches, campaigns, presentations, and partnership/promotional materials. Ensure brand consistency across every customer touchpoint. Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print use. Creative Campaign Support Collaborate with the Social Director and founder to create compelling and unique social content that is both highly engaging and visually attractive. Assist with creative ideation for launches, partnerships, seasonal campaigns, and community initiatives. Support photo and video shoots through prop and wardrobe sourcing, location scouting, and on‑set creative assistance. Help organize and maintain the brand’s creative asset library. Founder & Team Collaboration Work closely with the founder and Creative Director to translate ideas into polished, on‑brand creative. Support creative needs across multiple areas of the business as priorities evolve and shift. Contribute ideas that elevate the brand’s visual identity and customer experience. Who You Are A creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinker with exceptional attention to detail. Passionate about branding, design, and fitness. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly. Excited to work in a collaborative, fast‑moving startup environment where no two days look the same. Someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and enjoys building alongside a growing brand. A true Jane‑of‑all‑trades who loves having hands in all types of creative work. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, creative marketing, or a related role. Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and brand work. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma. Basic photo and video editing skills preferred. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Bonus Points Experience working with influencer, fitness, wellness, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands. Experience supporting photoshoots or creative productions. Motion graphics or animation experience. Familiarity with email marketing, Shopify, or other e‑commerce platforms. Interest in photography, styling, or creative direction.
