Territory Manager - Chicago North

Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and grow revenue within assigned territory and budget
- Provide on-site technical support and training to surgeons, OR staff, and hospital personnel
- Develop new customer accounts and expand relationships with existing accounts
- Maintain detailed product knowledge and advise customers on pricing, inventory, and policy changes
- Attend customer meetings and trade shows, reporting competitive intelligence and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 years general sales experience; medical sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal, oral communication, and organizational skills
- Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to meet auto safety standards
- Ability to travel at least 60% including overnight stays
- Understanding of contract administration and group purchasing principles
- Willingness to undergo drug screening as required by medical facilities
Compensation: $125,992-$207,888 base plus incentive
