About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Head of Business Development to spearhead the strategic expansion and execution of its partnership ecosystem. The successful candidate will be a seasoned fintech dealmaker with a proven track record in leading high-volume partnership teams and driving significant revenue growth. Key responsibilities for this executive-level role include strategic leadership, team oversight, executive deal-making, and the cultivation of enterprise relationships. The role demands a visionary leader who can set clear performance targets, manage a high-level partnership revenue line, and ensure cross-functional alignment for seamless partner onboarding and technical integration. Candidates for the Vice President, Head of Business Development position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of executive-level relationships in the fintech and consumer finance ecosystems, as well as deep expertise in affiliate networks, performance marketing partnerships, and complex commercial deal structures. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. The role also requires strong technical and financial acumen, exceptional executive presence, and the ability to maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to identify emerging growth channels.
