Get to Know Your Team:
- Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma.
- Responsible for supervising and participating in the daily operations of the practice.
- Assigns and schedules work duties and provides orientation and training to personnel.
- Monitors and oversees work activities.
- Maintains medical and office supplies and is responsible for the operational budget.
- Identifies and recommends improvements in work procedures.
- Perform as primary liaison between administration, physicians and outside organizations/vendors to coordinate business. practices, accomplish directives, and identify and facilitate the resolution of problems within general business operations and the delivery of patient care.
- Consistently promote good customer service and effective working relationships, both internally and externally.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 Years of Practice Management / Clinic experience
