Remote Healthcare IT Project Manager

Overseeing the delivery of workstreams within a large-scale EHR implementation, the full-time Remote Healthcare IT Project Manager will manage projects involving clinical and patient data domains, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage Healthcare IT data transformation projects, coordinating across subcontractors, technical teams, and stakeholders Facilitate meetings with subcontractors and vendors to drive execution and accountability while managing risks and dependencies Maintain project documentation, including schedules and status reports, and communicate project progress to leadership and stakeholders Required qualifications Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required Background in Healthcare IT with 60-70% relevant experience preferred Experience with patient demographics and clinical data platforms Exposure to healthcare imaging workflows (DICOM, radiology, CT/X-ray imaging programs) is a strong plus Proven experience managing technical teams in data transformation or integration initiatives
