Sr Scrum Master / Agile Coach (Healthcare Domain/Industry)
We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Scrum Master to lead Agile initiatives across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring 510 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in healthcare and Medicare-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals and timelines are met
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
- Support the adoption of Agile in new teams or organizations by tailoring practices to team maturity levels
Required Qualifications:
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required; certifications as Agile Coach, Product Owner, or SAFe are a strong plus
- 810 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong familiarity with work management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
- Demonstrated success implementing Agile methodologies in organizations new to Agile practices
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, including the ability to lead without formal authority
