In Your Day-to-Day, You Will
- Lead digital projects end-to-end, from kickoff through delivery
- Build project plans defining scope, timelines, milestones, and resources
- Coordinate online campaign execution with creative and content teams
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment
- Track budgets, resources, and project performance
- Monitor timelines and proactively resolve blockers or delays
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through regular reviews
- Maintain project documentation (plans, reports, change requests)
- Provide clear status updates and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices
Skills You Have
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business, IT, or similar)
- Proven experience managing digital projects
- Strong leadership, organization, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple moving parts
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday, etc.)
Skills That Will Make You Stand Out
- Project management certification (PMP or similar)
- Familiarity with digital technologies, platforms, and marketing trends
- Experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
