Our client is a general contractor who specializes in high quality, high profile commercial construction projects. The general contractor is hiring due to growth, and is looking for a candidate to help sustain projects that they have just won. The Project Manager - Commercial Interiors will be a pivotal role for the team and will be crucial to long term success of the general contractor. The general contractor specializes in corporate/commercial interiors, healthcare, municipal/public works projects and class A corporate offices.
Job Description
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial interior construction projects.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
