Key Responsibilities For The Accounts Receivable Clerk Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely. Post customer payments and reconcile accounts receivable balances. Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with collections activities. Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues. Support month-end closing and accounts receivable reporting. Qualifications For The Accounts Receivable Clerk 1+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or accounting experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems. Experience with account reconciliations, cash applications, and collections.
