Training Manager

We are seeking an engaging Corporate Trainer to join our team and drive employee development across our growing law firm. This role will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that enhance employee performance, increase operational efficiency, and support a best-in-class client experience. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator with a passion for coaching, adult learning, and employee development. Experience in a legal, professional services, healthcare, or customer-facing environment is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver onboarding, skills development, compliance, and professional growth training programs paralegals, case managers, intake specialists, and legal support staff. Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions focused on client service, legal processes, case management systems, communication skills, and operational best practices. Assess training needs through collaboration with leadership, department managers, and employees to identify knowledge gaps and performance improvement opportunities. Develop training materials, presentations, job aids, e-learning modules, and other learning resources to support employee success. Track and measure training effectiveness through assessments, employee feedback, performance metrics, and ongoing coaching initiatives. Support new hire onboarding programs to ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed from day one. Maintain training documentation and ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Partner with leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and professional development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of corporate training, learning and development, or employee development experience. Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills. Experience creating training materials, instructional content, and learning programs. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training methods to different learning styles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual learning platforms. Experience in a law firm, legal services, healthcare, insurance, or customer service environment is a plus.
