Location: Jacksonville, FL 32218 Job Summary: Seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for processing customer orders, quotes, returns, credits, invoices, and shipping documents while providing support to customers, dealers, and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders, customer orders, returns, credits, invoices, and shipping documents .
- Handle customer inquiries related to pricing, products, orders, and contracts .
- Prepare customer quotes and pricing proposals .
- Coordinate with customers to obtain purchase orders and billing information.
- Maintain customer records and process emergency orders.
- Support sales reporting, pricing analysis, and administrative activities.
- Perform document scanning, filing, and general office duties.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and service providers.
- Strong customer service and communication skills (phone and written).
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks.
- Experience processing orders, invoices, purchase orders, or quotes preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience with office systems, order processing, or administrative support is a plus.
- Less than 5%.
