Nursing Home AdministratorWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility in Savannah, MO. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership, a commitment to quality care, and the ability to foster a supportive, high-performing team environment. This role oversees the full scope of facility operations, including financial management, regulatory compliance, staff development, and resident satisfaction.Responsibilities:Direct all daily operations of the facilityEnsure compliance with state, federal, and company standardsLead, mentor, and develop department managers and staffMaintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partnersOversee budgeting, financial planning, and census developmentDrive quality improvement efforts and support positive survey outcomesQualifications:Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in MissouriMinimum 2+ years of experience as a Nursing Home AdministratorStrong understanding of long-term care regulations and best practicesProven leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage operations, financial performance, and staff successBenefits Include:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holiday payRetirement plan optionsContinuing education and professional development supportCompetitive compensation packageEqual Opportunity Employer
