Position Overview


This position will manage and execute all aspects of the ServiceNow modernization technology projects in any one of the following specialties: planning, executing, and delivering ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, manages stakeholder expectations, and drives successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions across the MTA.


Must-Have Skills

• ServiceNow Expertise: Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and modules ( PSDS, ITSM, ITOM, CRM, HRSD, CMDB )
• PMP Certification (PMP is desirable but required per the "UNICORN" request)
• 8+ years of experience in the appropriate specialties
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
• Sound understanding of technical issues
• Outstanding planning skills (experience in preparation of project plans is a must)
• Strong scheduling, implementation, and evaluation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with user community and technical staff
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities


Project Management:

• Collaborate with teams on end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports in partnership with the ServiceNow team
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with MTA policies

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and define project scope
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership

Scope Summary
