You'll partner directly with operations leadership to build the teams keeping our physical systems moving — and you'll do it with the speed, rigor, and bar-setting that scaling real-world infrastructure demands.What You'll DoOwn full-cycle recruiting for transport operations roles — from intake through close.Partner with hiring managers and operations leads to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and align on hiring strategyDrive proactive sourcing through Indeed, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and referral pipelines to build deep candidate pools ahead of needScreen and assess candidates for both operational competency and cultural fit, providing structured feedback and clear recommendations to hiring teamsDesign and iterate on interview processes — ensuring they are structured, consistent, and predictive of on-the-job performanceNegotiate and close offers, partnering with People and Finance on comp benchmarking and approval workflowsTrack and report on pipeline health, funnel metrics, and time-to-fill; use data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvementRepresent Atoms's mission and culture authentically — you're often the first impression candidates have of the companyWhat We're Looking For3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceProven track record closing roles in transport operations, fleet management, last-mile delivery, or related functions — you understand the talent landscape and can build credibility with ops hiring managersStrong sourcing instincts — you're not reliant on inbound and can find and engage candidates who aren't actively lookingExceptional communication and influence skills; you can manage multiple stakeholders, push back when needed, and build trust at all levelsData-driven approach to recruiting — you track what matters, identify trends, and use metrics to improve outcomesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while providing a white glove candidate experienceComfortable operating in ambiguity and fast paced environmentYou're a self-starter who builds process where it's needed and cuts it where it isn'tAt Atoms, you'll work on one of the defining challenges of our time—bringing automation into the physical world to drive real, lasting impact. Atoms is a company driven by invention and continuous change - we are constantly reimagining our industries, building new products, and refining how we operate. We do our best work together. That's why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $160,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package.
