Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator About the Company: Our client is a wholesale irrigation and landscape supply company that offers professional-grade products and personalized service, with 7 locations across the San Francisco Bay Area. Job Description: Our client is seeking a structured and proactive Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator. You will manage the initial candidate screening and interview coordination process for high-volume, entry-level roles. Your goal is to filter candidate pipelines so that operations and HR leadership can connect with top talent. Responsibilities of the role: Review high-volume candidate applications and resumes. Reach out to prospective hires to schedule interviews. Maintain clear candidate communication throughout the hiring process. Conduct preliminary screening interviews using a structured question rubric. Evaluate past employment history, driving records, and physical requirements for roles. Filter and forward top candidates to Operations and HR Managers for secondary interviews. Required Experience and Qualifications: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Excellent phone presence and professional demeanor. Strong candidate tracking skills. Strong scheduling efficiency. Strong follow-through skills. Preferred Skills: Background or degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. Previous experience with recruitment coordination. Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 16:00 PT 30 hours per week Salary and Benefits: Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference. #J-18808-Ljbffr
