Position Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Engagement and Sales Specialist to join our team. This role requires an outgoing, self-motivated individual with a flair for performance. As a Customer Engagement and Sales Specialist, you will take center stage to deliver scripted presentations, engaging with customers in a group setting to introduce innovative products and key brand messages. You will play an essential role in creating an unforgettable live experience for consumers while driving sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Live Presentations: Deliver engaging, scripted presentations to a live audience, ensuring that product features, benefits, and key messages are communicated clearly and effectively.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a group setting, answering questions and providing information to drive product interest and sales.
- Sales Focus: Actively promote and sell products during live events, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Product Education: Help customers understand how the featured products can benefit them, using enthusiasm and creativity to maintain interest and excitement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other event specialists, event managers, and support teams to ensure smooth event execution and a positive customer experience.
- Brand Representation: Represent the Summit Retail Solutions brand in a professional and positive manner, ensuring that all interactions with customers reflect our company’s values and standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or performance-related roles.
- Comfortable speaking and engaging with large groups of people.
- Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow a scripted presentation while adding your own flair and style.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in live events, trade shows, or promotional marketing is a plus.
- Availability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission-based pay structure following a 4-6 week paid training period.
- Average representatives earn $800–$1,200 per week.
- Top representatives earn $1,200–$2,500+ per week.
