Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and serve and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Qualifications Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Have an active driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age. Obtain a DOT medical certification prior to the first day of employment. Provide documentation regarding previous employment. The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. A High School diploma, GED, or Military Service. A strong customer‑service orientation. Self‑motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals. A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit. Compensation: A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 / Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions.
